We build the world of tomorrow. With every small action we take. We decide what we want for ourselves and those that come after us. At BD LEMNTECH, we wish to leave behind beautiful things of superior quality, we want to „tame” the modern and the abstract by combining them with traditional and classic elements and warm materials, such as wood. Our mission is to promote a sustainable and functional aesthetic, that stands out and accurately reflects the personality of the place, the company, the clients we work with and their vision.

Creativity and innovation define us and they are an integral part of ourselves. We are eager to explore and create,to redefine spaces and standards in terms of design.We resist conformity, but we are good friends with customization and particularities of projects and materials we work with. This view reflects itself both in our way of working and in our communication and collaboration with our clients.

We bring benefit to every project we undertake and are committed to executing it down to the smallest detail with professionalism and dedication. This is what our work stands for: always something extra, something unique and delightful that naturally complements the experience of our clients while working with us.

Safety

Working with materials and industrial equipment inherently involves risks. We make sure that each employee carries his or her tasks in a safe environment and that they return home every day in the same condition they came in: healthy and with a smile on their faces.

We are serious, punctual and friendly in everything we do, from internal communication to dealing with partners and potential clients. By respecting those that give us their trust, we respect us, as a team.

Integrity

One cannot take back its word, regardless of the cost. For us it is a signature. We never promise more than we can offer, and when we commit to something, we do everything that is up to us, and a little extra. This is the only way to build trustworthy business relations.

Innovation

Our motto is „Courage of innovation in business”. But there can be no innovation without creativity.

This view is best reflected in our advertising production projects, gathered under the umbrella Woodadvertising: be unique, observe all the qualities of the product and then combine them in an innovatie manner and you will get exceptional, authentic and flawless results.
While thinking as creative people and product designers, we managed to make life easier for thousands of exhibitors and reinvented the presentation process for ceramic tile with Xpozit– our patented magnetic system for ceramic tile.
This is how we came up with Tilit- as well: the new generation of adhesives for ceramic tile, mosaic, glass and more. A fast and innovative solution that can be used on an industrial scale, but also by individual clients who want more control, speed and versatility in their interior design projects.
The project closest to our hearts is the one dedicated to the wooden decorative panels. Deco Panels- where we find solutions that help our clients redefine their space (pesonal or commercial, depending on their needs) and add warmth and personality to the place they spend most of their time in.
We wanted to do something similar with other materials as well, such as metal. And that was the birth of the business line Laser Services, where we deal with cutting, engraving, welding and all the operations necessary for metal processing, so that they can be used in various industries for a variety of projects.
Because we never say no to a challenge and our clients have requested more from us, we answered: within the section Proiecte Speciale , we deal with residential projects, unique pieces of furniture, interior and exterior fittings and many others, depending on our partners` requests.
Within Business 2 Business, we combine reliability with punctuality, innovation and creativity and we offer our partners, from every industry, the design solutions and promotional materials they need. Unique, with personality, and according to the brief- meaning revealing in an authentic way, the spirit of the brand and its values.

From market and trends analysis, research and innovation, product development (from concept to execution), delivery (everywhere in Romania and Europe), assembly and maintenance- we deal with each stage individually, with passion and commitment. In short- we do not leave anything to chance. Everything is research, measure and accuracy. Professionals handle the whole cycle – from idea to concept and implementation, and our experience of over 15 years is felt in every stage of the project.

Sustainability

In our activity, we use mainly natural, biodegradable materials. We want our carbon footprint to be as small as possible and to use space and resources in a self-conscious and eco-friendly manner. Our final goal is the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and this view reflects itself in everything we do. We do not only live here and now, we look at the future as welland make sure that we contribute to a better, cleaner and more balanced world.
