If until now we spoke about wood and its versatility, metallic materials differ a bit from the manufacturing point of view. However, we have learned how to tame them and give them exactly the look the client desires.
Laser cutting is a technology that significantly diminishes time and production costs, the cut parts not having burrs, since they are less thermally influenced. Thus, they can be easily manufactured when they are painted in an electrostatic field or are subject to other thermal treatments or mechanically processes.
In short- we give them the needed shape and the materials come to you in the best condition, so that you can do any necessary change afterwards. We have been doing this for over 14 years now and we have yet to encounter that project we cannot figure out. That is thanks to our professionals, who master the necessary techniques for cutting, welding and laser engraving, but also cutting-edge equipment from Trumpf, a world leader in the field.
We can cut metallic parts (steel, aluminium, stainless steel) as well as non-metallic (MDF, HPL, PAL, Plywood, other materials). The resulting panels can be used for partitions, interior fittings, panelling, façade decorations etc. The materials we process through laser technology are:
